1. 범위·연령
Wrongnote Maker 앱과 이메일 확인·계정 관리 서비스에 적용됩니다. 첫 출시 지역은 대한민국이며 회원 서비스는 만 14세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 생년월일은 수집하지 않고 가입 화면에서 연령 충족 여부를 확인합니다. 만 14세 미만의 가입 사실을 확인하면 해당 계정을 삭제합니다.
2. 문서는 기기 안에서 처리합니다
선택한 PDF·이미지, 파일 이름, 문제 번호·영역, 완성 PDF는 기기에서 처리합니다. 저희 계정 서버나 원격 OCR·AI로 보내지 않습니다. 저장하지 않은 작업은 창을 닫으면 사라질 수 있습니다. 저장한 PDF는 사용자가 관리합니다. 파일 선택·저장·공유 화면에서 클라우드 폴더나 다른 앱을 직접 선택하면 해당 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다.
3. 수집 항목·목적·보유 기간
- 계정: 이메일, 임의 계정 식별자, 가입 시각, 무료 이용 및 이용권 상태. 이메일 로그인, 구매 연결·복원, 지원 기기 간 이용권 확인을 위해 계정 삭제 시까지 보관합니다. 이름·전화번호·주소·연락처·위치·광고 식별자는 수집하지 않습니다.
- 인증: 이메일과 해시 처리한 로그인 링크·세션 정보. 로그인 링크는 15분 동안 유효하며 관련 임시 기록은 만료 후 24시간이 지나면 정리합니다. 세션은 최대 30일 유효하며 로그아웃·계정 삭제 시 폐기합니다.
- 구매: 암호화한 구매 토큰과 해시, 상품 식별자, 연결 계정, 구매 종류·유효기간·환불·승인·시험 구매 여부 및 확인 시각. 이용권 제공·복원·부정 이용 방지를 위해 계정 삭제 시까지 보관합니다. 카드 번호·스토어 비밀번호는 받지 않습니다. Google이 직접 처리하는 결제·거래 기록에는 Google 정책이 적용됩니다.
- 보안: 요청 시 IP 주소를 처리하고, IP·이메일·계정 식별자에서 만든 해시와 요청 횟수를 보관해 과도한 요청을 제한합니다. 위치 추정·광고·행동 분석에 사용하지 않습니다. 제한 기록은 용도에 따라 최대 24시간의 유효기간 후 자동 정리합니다. 요청 본문·인증 링크를 운영 오류 로그에 기록하지 않습니다.
- 기기 내 설정: 언어·로그아웃 상태, 인증·이용권 캐시를 기기에 저장합니다. 광고·분석용 추적 기능은 넣지 않습니다.
4. 계정 삭제와 파기
앱의 ‘내 이용권 → 계정 삭제’ 또는 웹 계정 관리에서 같은 이메일로 로그인한 뒤 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱 재설치는 필요하지 않습니다. 이메일 원문, 계정, 세션, 구매 연결 및 인증 기록을 운영 데이터에서 삭제합니다. 전자 기록은 데이터베이스의 보안 삭제와 파일 삭제 방식으로 파기합니다.
무료체험 반복과 구매 중복 연결 방지용 최소 해시와 삭제·사용 시각은 계정 삭제 후 90일 보관한 뒤 자동 정리합니다. 이메일 원문·원본 문서·완성 PDF는 포함하지 않습니다. 저희가 관리하는 복구 백업에 남은 삭제 전 기록은 최대 7일 안에 자동 삭제합니다. 백업은 일반 서비스에서 조회하지 않습니다. 이메일 발송업체 기록은 아래의 별도 기간을 따릅니다.
계정 삭제는 스토어 구독을 자동 취소하지 않으며 기기에 저장한 PDF를 삭제하지 않습니다. 구독은 별도로 취소해주세요. 계정 및 데이터 삭제 절차.
5. 처리위탁·국외 처리
개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스에 필요한 다음 처리가 이루어집니다.
- Microsoft Azure: 대한민국 Korea Central 서버에서 계정 서비스와 운영 데이터를 보관·처리합니다. 위 계정·삭제·백업 기간을 적용합니다. Microsoft 개인정보 안내.
- Resend, Inc.: 로그인 메일 발송 위탁. 이전 국가: 미국. 항목: 수신 이메일, 일회용 인증 링크가 포함된 메일 내용, 전송 식별자·결과. 시기·방법: 로그인 메일 요청 시 암호화된 HTTPS 통신. 목적: 이메일 확인 및 로그인 메일 전달. 기간: 이메일·전송 로그 30일, 제공자 복구 백업은 추가 최대 7일(제공자 공개 보관 정책). 연락처: privacy@resend.com. 서비스 계약 이행에 필요한 처리위탁·보관을 위해 이 사항을 공개합니다. 이전을 원하지 않으면 이메일 로그인을 이용하지 않거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있지만 회원 기능은 이용할 수 없습니다. 로그인 없는 무료 웹 체험은 별도로 이용할 수 있습니다. 조기 삭제 요청은 운영자에게 접수해주세요. 보관 안내 · 처리위탁 계약 안내.
- Google Play: 사용자가 요청한 구매·복원을 처리합니다. 저희 서버는 구매 토큰·상품·앱 식별자를 Google Play로 보내 유효 여부를 확인하고 난독화 계정 식별자를 대조합니다. Google은 독립적인 스토어 서비스 제공자로서 결제 정보를 처리합니다. Google의 처리 국가·보유 기간·권리 안내와 구매 조건을 확인하세요.
계정 서버와 앱 간 전송은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다. 운영 접근을 제한하고 구매 토큰은 암호화하며 로그인 토큰은 해시로 보관합니다. 수탁업체와 처리 방식 변경 시 이 방침을 갱신합니다.
6. 권리·문의·변경
열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·이전 관련 문의: 와이에스이에듀 개인정보 담당자, support@quiznotebook.com. 본인 확인에 필요한 최소 정보만 요청하며 비밀번호·카드 번호는 요구하지 않습니다. 이메일 변경 등은 요청 내용을 확인한 후 안내합니다.
침해 상담: 개인정보침해 신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 118). 분쟁조정: 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972). 변경 시 이 페이지에 시행일과 변경 내용을 알리고 법령상 필요한 추가 고지·동의 절차를 진행합니다.
Privacy Policy — English
Effective September 18, 2026. Operator: YSEEDU (와이에스이에듀). This covers Quiz Notebook Wrongnote Maker and its email/account website. Initial sales are in South Korea. Accounts are for ages 14 and up; date of birth is not collected.
Data and purposes
PDFs, images, file names, question selections and generated files are processed locally, not sent to our account server, remote OCR or AI. Cloud folders or apps you choose have their own policies. We process email, random account IDs, account/trial/access dates, hashed authentication credentials and encrypted store purchase tokens with purchase/access status for login, access, restoration and abuse prevention. Card details and store passwords are not received. IP addresses are processed and hashed request identifiers/counters retained for rate limiting, not location inference, advertising or analytics. Preferences and session/access caches are stored locally.
Retention and deletion
Account and linked purchases remain until account deletion. Login links expire after 15 minutes and their records are cleaned after a further 24 hours. Sessions last at most 30 days and are revoked on logout or deletion. Rate-limit records expire within 24 hours and are cleaned automatically. Use My access → Delete account in the app or account website. Reinstalling is unnecessary. Plaintext email, account, sessions, login and linked purchases are removed from operating data. Minimal anti-abuse hashes and dates remain for 90 days after deletion, then are cleaned automatically. Our recovery backup copies expire within a maximum of 7 days. Deletion does not cancel store subscriptions or remove your local PDFs. Deletion instructions.
Providers and overseas processing
Microsoft Azure hosts the account service in Korea Central, South Korea, with the periods above. Resend, Inc. processes login email in the United States: recipient email, login message/link, delivery identifier and results are sent by HTTPS when you request a login email. Published standard retention is 30 days for email/logs, plus up to 7 additional days for provider backups. Contact privacy@resend.com or our support for deletion assistance. This processing is necessary for the requested email authentication. If you do not want it, do not use email login or delete your account; member features are then unavailable. The separate public demo needs no login.
Google Play processes user-requested checkout and restoration under its own policy. We send purchase tokens and product/app identifiers for verification and compare the obfuscated linked account ID. Google controls its payment records. We do not sell personal data or provide it for advertising. Account communications use HTTPS; access is restricted, purchase tokens encrypted and authentication tokens hashed.
