앱 없이 웹에서 삭제하기

  1. Wrongnote Maker 계정 관리 열기
  2. 앱에서 사용한 이메일을 입력하고 로그인 메일의 링크에서 확인합니다.
  3. ‘내 이용권’의 ‘계정 삭제’를 선택하고 안내를 확인하여 삭제합니다.

앱에서도 ‘내 이용권 → 계정 삭제’로 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱 재설치나 결제는 필요하지 않습니다. 이메일에 접근할 수 없거나 절차를 완료할 수 없으면 support@quiznotebook.com에 계정 삭제 요청을 보내주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리하며 비밀번호·카드 번호·학습자료를 보내실 필요는 없습니다.

삭제 항목과 보관 기간

이메일 원문, 계정, 세션, 로그인 및 구매 연결 기록을 운영 데이터에서 삭제합니다. 무료체험 반복·구매 중복 연결 방지용 최소 해시와 관련 시각은 90일 보관 후 자동 정리합니다. 저희 복구 백업에 남은 이전 기록도 최대 7일 안에 자동 삭제합니다. 메일 발송업체 Resend의 이메일·전송 로그는 별도로 30일, 제공자 백업은 추가 최대 7일 보관될 수 있습니다. 자세한 범위는 개인정보처리방침을 확인하세요.

계정 삭제로 Google Play 구독이 취소되지는 않습니다. 구독이 있으면 Google Play 구독 관리에서 별도로 취소하세요. 서버에 보내지 않은 원본 문서·완성 PDF는 기기에 남으며 직접 관리합니다.

Delete your Wrongnote Maker account and data

  1. Open the account website.
  2. Sign in with the same email used in the app and confirm the email link.
  3. Select Delete account in My access and confirm.

The same control exists in the app. Reinstallation or payment is unnecessary. If you cannot complete these steps, email support@quiznotebook.com. We will verify ownership; do not send passwords, card details or study files.

Plaintext email, account, sessions, login and linked purchases are deleted from operating data. Minimal anti-abuse hashes and dates remain for 90 days. Our recovery backups expire within a maximum of 7 days. Resend email/delivery logs have a separate 30-day retention plus up to 7 additional days in provider backups. Account deletion does not cancel Google Play subscriptions or remove your local PDFs. Manage these separately.
